Licence Agreement

This Licence Agreement applies to Union of Two 2.0 (the "Product") purchased from unionoftwo.com.

What you can do

• Install and use the Product on devices you personally own or use.
• Edit photographs with the Product for personal and commercial work, including client work.
• Publish, print and sell photographs you have edited with the Product.

What you cannot do

• Share, give away, resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the Product or its files, in original or modified form.
• Upload the files to any public or shared location, file-sharing site or group.
• Include the Product, or presets derived from it, in another product, bundle or service.
• Share your account or download link with others.

Personal licence

The licence belongs to the account holder only and cannot be transferred.

Breach

If you break this Licence Agreement, your licence ends automatically and we may suspend your account without a refund. We may also take legal action to protect our rights.

Ownership

The Product remains the property of Union of Two. You are buying a licence to use it, not ownership of the files.
