All sales are final. Union of Two 2.0 is digital content that is delivered to your account immediately after payment.

Your right to cancel

UK and EU consumer law usually gives you 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, this right ends once the download is made available, provided you have agreed to this. At checkout you are asked to confirm that you want immediate access and that you acknowledge you will lose your right to cancel. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once your purchase is complete.

If something is wrong

If the file is damaged, will not download, or is not as described, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days. We will fix the problem or provide a replacement, and where we cannot, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Duplicate purchases

Our checkout prevents you from buying the Product twice with the same account. If you think you were charged twice, contact us and we will refund the duplicate payment.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank. While a dispute is open, access to your download is paused.
