Terms of Service
Last updated 18 October 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of unionoftwo.com (the "Site") and your purchase of the digital product Union of Two 2.0 (the "Product"). The Site is operated by Union of Two ("we", "us", "our").
1. Your account
You need an account to buy and download the Product. You must provide accurate information, verify your email address and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Where applicable, VAT or other sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your billing country. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees.
3. Delivery
The Product is delivered digitally. Once your payment is confirmed, it becomes available immediately in your account under "My purchases" as a downloadable .zip file. There is no limit on the number of downloads while your account remains active.
4. Your right to cancel and refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and equivalent EU rules, you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase. Because the Product is digital content supplied immediately, at checkout you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the content is made available. All sales are therefore final. See our Refund Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights if the Product is faulty or not as described.
5. Licence
Your purchase grants you a personal licence to use the Product as set out in our Licence Agreement. You may not share, resell, sublicense or redistribute the Product or any part of it.
6. Account suspension
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or the Licence Agreement, including sharing account access or redistributing the Product. Where we suspend an account, access to downloads is removed. If you believe a suspension is a mistake, please contact us.
7. Closing your account
You can close your account at any time from your account settings. Once closed, you can no longer sign in or download purchases. We keep order records only as required by law (see our Privacy Policy).
8. Chargebacks
If you raise a payment dispute or chargeback, access to the Product is paused until the dispute is resolved. Please contact us first — we will try to help.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including the Product, images, text and branding, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
10. Liability
We provide the Product "as is" and make no promise that it will suit every photograph or workflow. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
